UniCare ERA/EFT
Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) is available for Unicare commercial business. Remittance advices are received electronically directly via our Connect enterprise dial-up mailbox or through an approved clearinghouse. UniCare ERA's are produced in an ANSI X12 835 version 4010A1 file format. Through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), UniCare commercial claims payments are deposited directly into your bank account electronically.
