UniCare’s EAP focuses on three specific service areas: face-to-face counseling, work/life services, and employer services.  
We provide access to a national network of over 8,500 providers. Most callers to our EAP are offered face-to-face counseling with a provider close to their home or office.  
We also offer a robust continuum of work/life services including legal/financial consultation, dependent care searches, and resources to assist employees with the kinds of issues that can often be dealt with only during the work day (consumer education and research, moving and relocation issues, sourcing contractors for home repair, and other services). These services are available with all our programs in a self-search capacity on our website.  
Our Enhanced EAP plan includes employer services such as unlimited telephonic management consultation, onsite training and wellness seminars, and critical incident management services. The Enhanced plan also offers a professional work/life consultant who can perform work/life searches on behalf of the caller and verify service availability.
